Your data requests

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you.

What you can ask for

• Access: a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
• Correction: fix information that is wrong or out of date.
• Deletion: close your account and delete your personal information.
• Withdraw consent: stop optional uses, such as marketing messages.

How to make a request

1. Email contact@mojave-technologies.company with the subject “Data request”.
2. Say which request you are making and include the phone number on your Mojave Connect account.
3. We will confirm it is you, usually with a code sent to that phone number. We will not ask for your password.

What happens next

We respond within 30 days. When you ask for deletion, we delete or anonymize your information, except records we must keep by law (for example some payment records), which we keep only for the required period and then delete. There is no charge for a request.
