Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use mojave-technologies.company and Mojave Connect, which are operated by Mojave Technologies Inc. By creating an account or placing an order, you agree to them.
1. Who can use Mojave Connect
You must be an adult under the laws where you live and able to enter into a contract. You are responsible for keeping your login details private and for activity on your account.
2. Our services
Mojave Connect lets you buy airtime, mobile data, eSIM plans, bill payments and merchant vouchers for supported countries. Services are delivered by telecom operators, utilities, merchants and other providers. Availability varies by country and provider and is shown before you buy. Services marked “coming soon” are not yet available.
3. Prices and fees
Before you pay, we show the total price, the currency, any Mojave fee and, where a currency conversion applies, the exchange rate. There are no additional Mojave charges after you confirm. Your bank or card issuer may charge its own fees.
4. Payment and delivery
An order is delivered only after your payment is confirmed. Most digital services are delivered within minutes, but delays can occur with providers. You are responsible for entering the correct recipient phone number or account number.
5. Refunds
Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use our services for fraud, money laundering, or any unlawful purpose; do not try to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to our systems; and do not resell services without our written agreement. We may suspend accounts or cancel orders that break these rules or that we reasonably suspect are fraudulent.
7. Third-party services
Network coverage, voucher redemption and utility account crediting are provided by third parties and are subject to their terms. We are not responsible for a provider’s service once it has been correctly delivered.
8. Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.
9. Changes and termination
We may update these terms and will post the new version here with a new date. You may close your account at any time by contacting us.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, unless the consumer law of your country gives you the right to rely on local law.
