Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 29, 2026
This policy explains what personal information Mojave Technologies Inc. (“Mojave”, “we”) collects through mojave-technologies.company and Mojave Connect, why we collect it, and the choices you have.
1. Who is responsible
Mojave Technologies Inc., incorporated in Ontario, Canada, is responsible for your personal information. Contact our privacy team at contact@mojave-technologies.company.
2. What we collect
When you visit our websites
- Your language and display preferences, stored in your own browser.
- Basic technical data that our hosting and security provider processes to deliver the site and block attacks (such as IP address and browser type). We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
When you use Mojave Connect
- Account: phone number, country, customer type (resident or traveller), optional email address and a protected (hashed) password.
- Orders: the service you buy, the recipient’s phone number or account number, amounts, currency, and the status of payment and delivery.
- Payments: handled by our payment providers. We receive a confirmation and the last digits of a card where applicable; we do not store full card numbers.
- Support: messages you send us and related order details.
- Identity checks: where the law requires it for certain services (for example money transfer), we may ask for identity information. We will tell you when this applies.
We do not ask for information we do not need to provide the service.
3. Why we use it
- To create and secure your account and deliver what you order.
- To process payments, prevent fraud and handle refunds and support.
- To meet legal, tax and regulatory obligations.
- To send service messages about your orders. We will only send marketing messages if you agree, and every marketing message will include a way to unsubscribe.
4. Who we share it with
We share information only as needed to provide the service: telecom and voucher providers that fulfil your order, payment providers, hosting and security providers, and professional advisers. We require them to protect it. We may also disclose information when the law requires it. We do not sell personal information.
5. International processing
Your information may be processed in Canada and in other countries where we or our providers operate, including the country where your order is delivered. Those countries may have different privacy laws; we use contracts and safeguards to protect your information.
6. How long we keep it
We keep account information while your account is open. We keep order and payment records for as long as the law requires, which for some financial records is at least five years, and then delete or anonymize them.
7. Security
We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords, access controls and monitoring. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects you, we will notify you and the authorities as the law requires.
8. Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, or withdraw consent, subject to legal limits. Depending on where you live (for example Canada, the European Union, the United Kingdom or Kenya) you may have additional rights. Use our data request page or email us. We respond within 30 days. You may also complain to your privacy regulator; in Canada, that is the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
9. Children
Mojave Connect accounts are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
10. Changes
We will post updates on this page and change the date below. If a change is significant, we will tell account holders before it takes effect.
